Primewest Auburn Megamall Instagram Win A Gift Card Competition

Terms and Conditions 
1. Instructions  on  ‘how  to  enter’  and  prizes  form  part  of  these  Terms  and  Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  
2. Entry  is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their  immediate  families of the Promoter – Primewest Auburn Megamall (PWAM), retailers and agencies associated 
with PWAM are ineligible.  
3. Promotion  opens  9am  AEDT  on  Friday  18th November 2016 and closes 5pm  AEST  on Sunday 18th December 2016. 
4. There are a total of 2 prizes to be won with a total prize pool of $500 including GST. 
5. Only one prize per winner.  
6. The details of the prizes are:  
 Prizes:  ‘Instagram  Follow,  Like  and  Tag  to  Win’  There  are  a  total  of  2  gift  cards double  passes  to  spend  at  any  of  our  retailers  at  Primewest  Auburn  Megamall. 
Each prize is valued at $250 including GST. Total prize pool is $500 including GST.  
Prizes are not transferrable for cash. 
7. To  qualify,  customers  must  follow  @primewestauburn  on  Instagram.,  like  one  of  our “Win A Gift Card” posts and tag 2 friends.  One entry per person for the duration of the promotion only. 
8. Multiple entries are not permitted. 
9. 2  winners  will  be  selected  based  on  a  draw  at  Primewest  Auburn  Megamall,  265 Parramatta Road, Auburn NSW 2144 at 5pm Wednesday 21December 2016. 
10. Prize winners will be notified by private  Instagram  message.  Winners’ names will be advertised  on  the  Primewest  Auburn  Megamall  Instagram  account  on  
Thursday  22 December 2016 after 9am AEST. 
11. Prize winners must present ID to confirm identity to claim prize at Primewest  Auburn  Megamall,  Centre Management Office, Level 1, 265 Parramatta Road, Auburn NSW 214
12. The  promoter  reserves  the  right  to  verify  the  validity  of  entries  and  to  disqualify  any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these
 conditions of entry. 
13. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
15. Prizes are non‐transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 
16.The  Promoter  shall  not  be  liable  for  any  loss  or  damage  whatsoever  which  is  suffered (including but not  limited  to  indirect  or  consequential  loss),  or  for  any  personal  injury suffered  or 
 sustained  as  a  result  of  redeeming  this  offer,  except  for any  liability  which cannot be excluded by law. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter.  
17. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon  the  entrant’s  request,  all information provided will be removed from our active database.

Information  will  be  removed  as  soon  as  reasonably  possible  in accordance with our applicable laws.
